캐나다 퀘벡에 있는 제프리 광산의 석면수출이 계속적으로 증가하고있고 전세계적으로 50개국 이상의 나라에서 석면수입을 금지하고 있지만 개발도상국가인 인도, 중국, 러시아 등 대규모 소비국가에서는 여전히 많은 양의 석면을 수입하고 있는 실정입니다.
