	몽골, 석면 수입 금지 조치

몽골 정부가 백석면을 포함한 모든 종류의 석면 수입을 금지하는 법령을 2010년 7월 14일 제정하였습니다. 중국과 러시아 등지에서 수입된 석면 섬유를 일반 시민들이 아무 제약 없이 구입할 수 있고, 그 석면을 혼합하여 겨울철 창문을 봉인하는 용도로 이용하고 있는 실정입니다. 법령이 실제 시행되는 것도 남아있는 과제이지만, 시행 후에도 석면이 함유된 물질의 사용은 여전히 사용이 가능한만큼 그에 대한 향후 규제도 마련되어야 할 것으로 보입니다.
