인도 라자스탄주의 Udaipur의 전직 석면 광산 근로자들이 12월 4일부터 Sub Divisional Magistrat(SDM) office 앞에서 파업에 들어갔다는 소식입니다. 그들은 NIOH에 의해 93명의 asbestosis로 진단받은 이들의 명단을 요구하고 있습니다. 총 164명의 근로자 중 93명의 asbestosis 의심 판정을 받았으나, NIOH는 이들의 명단을 공개하지 않고 있다고 합니다. 지난 몇 년간 이미 19명이 사망하였으며 현재 심각한 상태의 환자도 있는 상황이라고 합니다. 파업 중인 사진을 첨부하니 참고하십시오.
