"9일째 등교거부" 고양 양일초 인근서 석면검출 인근 폐기물 처리장 외곽 고형시료 9개 중 8개서 검출 일주일 넘게 등교 거부 갈등을 빚고 있는 경기도 고양시 양일초등학교 인근 건설폐기물 처리장 외곽에서 1급 발암물질인 석면이 검출됐다. 14일 양일초교 학부모로 구성된 '자양모'가 서울지역 환경단체 환경보건시민센터에 의뢰, 실시한 석면 조사결과에 따르면 인근 폐기물 처리장 외곽 고형시료 9개중 8개에서 석면이 검출됐다. 석면의 종류는 주로 백석면(2009년부터 전면 사용 금지)이며, 시료 1개에서는 독성이 매우 강해 1998년부터 사용이 금지된 갈석면도 검출됐다.
