<embed src=../data/board_notice4/513250001626142374.pdf> 석면피해구제법 개정 내용을 올립니다. 첨부파일을 참고하세요. 주요 개정 내용은 1. 유효기간 갱신 기준이 '중대한 후유증이 계속되는 경우'가 추가되어 완화되었습니다. 2. 요양급여 지급 기준일이 '피해인정 신청일~유효기간 종료일'에서 석면질병 진단일~유효기간 종료일' 로 변경 3. 특별유족 신청기간이 석면질병 사망 후 '5년 이내'에서 '15년 이내'로 연장되었습니다.
